Soundak understands that everyone’s hearing needs are different; which is why we offer a 45 day money back guarantee to ensure that your products work for your needs.
- Return all items including all accessories in its original packaging and condition
- Returned products must be received by our Soundak location within 45 days of our shipping date to you
- Any merchandise can be replaced or exchanged within 45 days of the shipment date to you due to a material defect or damage during shipping
- Shipping and handling charges for products returned are non-refundable
- We recommend insuring your returns; as we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged

Return Policy:
1- The prospective user has at least followed steps #1 to #4 (all and each of those steps) described on the Evaluation Period Process here at Soundak.
2.- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 45 days after the date you received the Product.
3.- You must return the Product to Soundak to receive a refund. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and perfectly clean. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return, the original packaging, all user manuals, and any Inserts and other printed documents.
4.- The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be included along with your returned product at the time of arrival at Soundak.
5.- If Customers choose to upgrade to a higher price model hearing aid or amplifier, the credit from the original order will be applied to the new upgraded exchange order. If you choose to try the upgrade exchange order and go beyond the 45 day satisfaction period of the first original paid order, your first original paid order that was used as a credit towards the upgrade exchange order will not be refunded.
12 Month Manufacturer's Warranty for Hearing Aids (Free/Comes with order automatically):
1 year starting from the date of purchase
Soundak warrants to the original purchaser that your Hearing Aids-branded device (the "Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by Soundak Aids within the applicable Warranty Period, Soundak Hearing Aids will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either
(A) repair the Product at no charge, using new or reconditioned replacement parts or
(B) replace the Product with a New or reconditioned product.
Service, Repair & Replace After the Evaluation Period:
After your Forty Five (45) day evaluation period has expired, the cost of any hearing aids service and/or battery replacement and/or any other replacement parts (including accessories) or repair service becomes a Customer responsibility unless the Product is still under the One Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty and we deem it to be a manufacturer defect in our sole discretion or covered under a product "Expert Protection Plan" or any other available "Service Plans" separately provided for sale by Sounadak Hearing Aids Customer Service.
